FAQ

What are your shipping options?

Free shipping in the United States.  For shipping to Mexico, we assume weight and normal shipping rates, however, strongly suggest you contact us prior to placing an order.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Due to COVID and the safety of our clients, and family, all sales are final. Given the types of fabrics our dresses are made of, re-sanitizing could result in damage. There will be no exceptions to this policy, we appreciate your understanding.

 

If you have any questions about a dress, sizing, etc. please contact us prior to placing your order. We welcome speaking or emailing with you.

What is your refund policy?

If we cannot fill your order due to supply chain issues we will reach out with options for you.  If you are not happy with your options we will refund your money.  No returns on shipped merchandise is possible.

Stock and Supply Chain.
Like many businesses, we have experienced supply chain issues.  Each dress is custom ordered, so if we cannot secure the dress or size you wish we will return your money as well as provide other options we can secure.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate supply chain issues and COVID-19.

All payments are due at time of order for dresses and accessories, and are in USD only.
